My stay at Kusatsu Onsen Boun was good, with cozy accommodations and a beautiful atmosphere. but communication was a slight challenge since only one staff member spoke minimal English. The meals were a highlight, and the onsen experience was beautifully relaxing, though the maximum capacity limits meant a bit of crowding at times.

The dining experience was exquisite, though I did feel that the food portions could have been a bit more generous. The onsens were wonderful and well-kept, creating a relaxing atmosphere that enhanced my stay significantly.
